What renting from BAMH means
We are a couple who own the houses, not an agency. We started with one house in 2003 and still do things the same way.
One single amount
Heating, water, electricity, internet, cable TV, insurance and the cleaning of shared areas are all in the rent. No year-end reconciliation lands in your letterbox.
One month’s notice
A one-year lease, tacitly renewed. Leave whenever you like, free of charge, by telling us a month ahead — an email, a text or a phone call is enough.
One month’s deposit
A single month as a rental guarantee, returned when you leave. No admin fee, no agency commission.
Great flexibility
Possibility to change rooms or houses during the lease.
What the rent covers
The rent is a flat monthly amount. Here is exactly what it pays for.
- The furnished room: desk, chair, bed, wardrobe or chest of drawers
- Heating, water and electricity
- Unlimited high-speed internet, over Wi-Fi and by cable in every room
- Cable television in the living room and in the bedrooms
- Regular cleaning of the shared areas and shower rooms
- Waiver-of-recourse insurance, which will not come after you
